How can I find out more about the Central Corridor (Project 1)?
A dramatic new gateway from the M55 has a been designed and was opened in May 2006, by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. This new gateway, which is the visitors main entrance into the resort, incorporates Blackpool’s newest park the first to be constructed for 80 years, two 20 metre high climbing towers, bouldering wall, a children’s play park and a multi use games area, car parking and walkways.
