The planning brief in respect of the Talbot Gateway site was adopted by Blackpool Council on 22nd November 2006, following consideration of responses made during the July - August consultation on the earlier Draft Brief.

Following approval the Draft Planning Brief was amended as appropriate and the final, adopted version was published.
