What should I do if my Personal Licence is lost or destroyed?
A personal licence holder may apply for a copy of their Licence if it has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
The request for a replacement licence should be made in writing and returned to the Licensing Service with the statutory fee of £10.50.
If the licence has been damaged it should be enclosed with the application and a copy of the application should be retained for examination by any enforcement officers who may wish to examine your personal licence in the period while your application is being processed.
Please contact the Blackpool Licensing Service to report a lost or stolen licence.
