Petitions
The Council welcomes petitions as one way in which you can let us know your concerns. In the attached guidance, we set out how we will respond to petitions which you send us. The guidance has been drawn up in accordance with the Council’s obligations on dealing with petitions under the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.

Submission of Petitions

Petitions can be submitted on paper, either through the post or in person, or by e-mail. Alternatively, our E-petitions site can be accessed using this link.

You are encouraged to read the attached guidance in full before submitting a petition. Petitions submitted 2011 can be viewed using this link.

How do I petition other levels of government?

The official E-Petitions site for the Prime Minister's Office can be accessed using this link.
