Petrol - Delivery and Storage It is a statutory responsibility for Blackpool Council to satisfy ourselves that petrol storage at Retail and Non-Retail Petrol Filling Stations is maintained in a safe manner and the storage is licensed.

Our Public Protection Team undertake these duties.
