- 3 metric scaled location plans with red edge around curtilage of application site, showing clearly all affected neighbours surrounding the property.
- 3 copies of detailed plans showing existing and proposed floor layout and elevational plans of the proposed development within its site boundaries drawn to a metric scale.
- 1 completed ownership/agricultural holdings certificate
- Fee : £150
Advertisement Consent
- 3 completed copies of application forms.
- 3 copies of location plan with red edge around curtilage of application site, metric scale not needed however the map must show the direction of north and must include at least 2 named roads.
- 3 copies of detailed plans drawn to a metric scale with details of any illumination, dimensions and precise location of the sign(s)
- Fee : £95 if advert is on a building/directing members of public to existence of the business, £335 fee for all other types of adverts.
Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing Use)
- 2 completed application forms
- 2 copies of location plan drawn to a metric scale with a red edge around curtilage of application site showing clearly all affected neighbours surrounding property.
- 2 copies of floor layout plans, metric scale not needed
- 1 sworn affidavit is required to support the application though not required to make the application valid.
- Fee is not standard, see scale of fees.
Certificate of Lawfulness (Proposed Use/Development)
- 2 completed application forms
- 2 copies of location plan drawn to a metric scale with a red edge around curtilage of application site showing clearly all affected neighbours surrounding property.
- 2 copies of detailed plans showing existing and proposed floor layouts and elevational plans to a metric scale.

Full Planning/Outline/Reserved Matters Application
(Full planning applications cover all non householder applications and include changes of use).
- 3 completed copies of forms
- 3 copies of location plan drawn to metric scale with a red edge around curtilage of application site showing clearly all affected neighbours surrounding property.
- 3 copies of detailed plans showing the proposed development within its site boundaries, existing and proposed floor layouts and elevational plans drawn to metric scale if applicable.
- Design & Access Statement

Listed Building Consent

Tree Preservation Order
- 2 completed forms
- 2 copies of detailed plan showing clearly and accurately location of trees to be worked on in relation to surrounding properties
- No fee required
