Planning - Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings There are two Conservation Areas within Blackpool.    Information about the Town Centre Conservation Area (formerly Talbot Square Conservation Area) can be viewed by using this link to our leaflet.  A further leaflet about the Stanley Park Conservation Area will be available soon.

Any work carried out on a Listed Building, unless it is a 'like-for-like' repair, will require Listed Building Consent.  This type of application is free.  Please use this link for an application form.
