Poisons Licence

A retailer who wishes to sell poisons, for example strong disinfectants or weed killers etc, must register with Blackpool Council each year.

Complete the application form and return with the required initial or renewal fee as stated on the application form. After the premises have successfully been inspected by the Public Protection Officer, then the licence will be issued.
