What happens if I miss my appointment with the Portage Visitor?

If the Portage Visitor calls to your house and finds you are not available, they will leave a card to let you know they have visited.

The card will ask you to contact us and confirm the arrangements for your next visit.  If a number of visits are missed, we will ask you to consider whether you still want to continue receiving Portage.
