The best person to work with the Portage Home Visitor is the person who spends most time with your child during the day.  Together we will use all the information you have about your child to plan targets to work on. 

If the person who spends most time with your child is not available for the weekly visit, please discuss this with your Home Visitor to see if it would be better to change the date / time of the visit or let them know who will be receiving the visit.
