Do I need to inform the Licensing Service if I move address?
Premises Licence Holders should inform the Licensing Authority in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable of any change to their name or address details, or to the name or address details of the DPS. Failure to notify the authority of these details is an offence.
The licence and summary (or a statement as to why it cannot be produced) should accompany the notification together with the fee of £10.50. A new licence will then be issued with the updated name and / or address details.
If you are also a Personal Licence holder you are required to update the details on this too.
