How do I change the Designated Premises Supervisor?
An application can be made to vary the DPS at the premises to another individual who holds a Personal Licence. The application must include:

The Application to vary DPS form, completed by the premises licence holder

The Consent of DPS form, signed by the new DPS

The £23 fee

The original licence and summary
A copy of the application must also be sent to the Police Licensing Unit on Bonny Street.
