CONSTRUCTION/DEMOLITION WASTE
Items from the fabric of a building, e.g. rubble and DIY waste are not classed as household waste and as such are not covered within our statutory provision. We recognise that many people carry out occasional DIY projects and therefore, as a concession, we will accept small amounts limited to three 25kg bags or the equivalent to 75kg. If you have large quantities of this type of material, we advise you should hire a skip or take it to a landfill site or transfer station (please refer to your local Yellow Pages). For more information please click
here.

Our on-site advisors will help you to dispose of your waste in the correct containers. A large amount of the waste brought into the site can be recycled, as we have containers for all sorts of materials. If you are unsure of where to put your waste items or need assistance in carrying an object please ask an advisor for help.
