How long will it take before I can move in
Our Viewing Officer will arrange to look at the house and meet the landlord before any agreements are signed. We will check that the house is suitable and make a list of the furniture and fittings.
This is usually carried out within the week. Because of Housing Benefit payments, tenancies will start on a Monday.
