What assistance do you provide when I have moved into my property?

We will provide:

  • tenancy support for 6 months.
  • your Support Worker will arrange to visit you
  • support to landlords/agents with tenancy and housing benefit matters
  • help to complete the Housing Benefit claim form correctly.
  • we will also help to check the evidence you need and submit the form so that tit can be dealt with quickly. 
  • liaison with other services supporting you
  • a 6 month written guarantee to cover the cash/bond deposit asked for by landlords to cover damage
  • an agreed payment plan for the tenant to make payments to build up their own cash bond within 6 months
  • an arrangement to pay LHA directly to the Landlord if this is in your interest.
This will be for a six-month period, but it can be extended.
