The dustmen are instructed to clear up any rubbish spilled during collection. To help avoid spilt rubbish, it would help if you make sure you do not overfill your lilac sack or your wheeled bins.

If you receive a lilac sack collection please make sure that the bags are tied up ready for collection and you only put them out on the pavement / back street on collection day. This will stop animals scavenging and rubbish spilling out of the bags.

You will need to provide details of the type of spillage and the location of the incident. A cleaning service is available from 8am to 7pm daily.
