Can I appeal if my child has a Statement of Special Educational Needs but hasn't been offered a place at my preferred school?
If your child has a formal Statement of Special Educational Needs and has not been offered a place at your preferred school, the appeal must be heard by a Special Educational Needs Tribunal in accordance with the Education Act 1996.
