School Transport and Post 16 Transport

When choosing a preferred school for your child, you should consider carefully how they will travel to school.

Where possible you should encourage your child to travel independently; on foot, by bicycle or by bus. There are a number of dedicated school bus services.

Information on other local bus routes can also be obtained from Blackpool Transport on 01253 473001 or at www.blackpooltransport.com

Blackpool council provides services to the following schools, Bispham High, Collegiate and St Marys.  To view map  please click here.

It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children get to and from school at the appropriate time each day.

However, there are certain circumstances when the CSA will provide or pay for your child to receive free school transport.
