Scrap Metal Dealers Registration

Scrap metal dealers must be registered with Blackpool Council. A scrap metal dealer’s registration lasts for 3 years. There is no charge for registration.

The Council must be notified within 28 days of any alterations to a registered person’s or business’ particulars, or if the business ceases to operate.

Making an application

Applications may be made online or by submitting a paper copy of the form. Please visit the 'Forms' section on the right of this page to apply.
