Property Database
The Council has a single corporate property database which ensures that information is available to make informed decisions and an accurate record of the Portfolio is maintained. This database system is called P2.net.
P2.net is a browser based solution
that is designed to support cross cutting asset teams, department and work groups scattered across locations. It contains advanced collaboration tools, centralised asset and property data and automated alerts to keep all interested parties ‘in the know‘. P2.net provides key service areas and elected members with accurate, real time visibility to cross property and asset data. This web based system is transforming the availability of property related information within the Council and improve the speed and efficiency of obtaining the information required.
