What help is there for a child who is being bullied?

Bullying can take many forms. It is not just about being physically hurt; it can also be name calling, or even being ignored.

People often think that bullying will pass and sometimes it does, but often you need to get help. All schools and colleges should have an anti-bullying policy. If you tell a teacher they can use this to try and stop the bullying from carrying on.

Remember - if someone is being bullied it is not their fault!
