Is the Annual Monitoring Report 2008/2009 available?

 
Local Authorities are required to produce AMR's to monitor the implementation of Local Plan and Local Development Framework policies, assessing their effectiveness in delivering national and local policy objectives. AMR's must also assess progress against the published programme of Local Development Framework document production contained within the Council's Local Development Scheme.

In addition to this, a combination of Core, Local, Significant Effects and Contextual Indicators provide a comprehensive analysis of Blackpool's performance within a monitoring framework of four key sustainability principles.
