How can I complain if I have a problem with accommodation in Blackpool?

We hope that you enjoy your stay in Blackpool. However, sometimes things go wrong. If you would like to report your concerns about any accommodation that you have paid for in Blackpool please feel free to complete this complaint form.  You can post it back to the address on the form or you can email it to us at accommodation.standards@blackpool.gov.uk.  Alternatively  you can use our online complaint form by selecting this link 

Blackpool Council will ensure that any regulatory issues such as Food Hygeine, Health & Safety or Fire Safety concerns will be passed on to the relevant officers and investigated. We cannot always report back the results of these investigations for legal reasons.

Should you wish to pursue the accommodation provider you firstly need to place your concerns in writing to the proprietor. If the matter is not resolved, further advice can be obtained from Consumer Direct, the National consumer helpline on 08454 04 05 06.
