How can I complain if I have a problem with accommodation in Blackpool?

We hope that you enjoy your stay in Blackpool. However, sometimes things go wrong and you need help to put them right. If you need to make a complaint, please tell the owner or manager of the place where you are staying first to give them a chance to sort the matter out for you.

If you do not get any satisfaction and you want to take the matter further, please read our help document and then fill in our complaint form.  You can post it back to the address on the form or you can email it to us at accommodation.standards@blackpool.gov.uk.  Alternatively  you can use our online complaint form by selecting this link 

Please use the space on the form to give us as much information as you can about your complaint.  If we need more details from you or copies of paperwork  we will ask you for this when we investigate your complaint.
