Which buildings are eligible for grant aid under the Townscape Heritage Initiative?

Most eligible properties within the THI have already been externally assessed visually to establish the capacity of the THI to deliver improvements across the area on an equitable basis. This assessment has been made on the basis of need and the significance of the property to the conservation area and in terms of its role within the street scene, but does not exclude anyone making an application. Applications will be considered by the THI Board based on the recommendations of the THI Manager on their merits and subject to the criteria for grant funding.
