What happens if there is an illegal occupation of land?

If the land is Council - owned, during normal office hours please contact Mr S Barnes in Environmental Protection on 01253 478360. If Mr Barnes is not available, please contact Mrs L Weston on 01253 478424. Out of office hours, please contact 'Vitaline' on 01253 477678 or 477679.

If the land is privately owned, please contact Blackpool Police on 01253 293933.

The Council can only act in an advisory capacity where private land is concerned.
