Poisons licence

If you wish to sell poisons, for example strong disinfectants or weed killers, you must register with Blackpool Council. This can include premises such as hardware stores, garden centres and agricultural merchants.

Applications will be forwarded to a licensing enforcement officer for consideration before the registration is granted. Once granted we aim to issue your registration within 10 working days.

Registrations are renewed annually.
