Privacy notice

When you provide us with your personal data we will tell you what we will be using it for (the purpose) and who it will be shared with, if this is appropriate.

  • Assisted collection
  • Recycling collection
  • Clinical waste
  • General enquiries and complaints

This is to assist Enveco in delivering their functions as a waste service.

The lawful basis for Enveco to collect and use your personal information is:

  • It is necessary for Enveco to perform a task in the public interest or whilst conducting its official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.

What types of information do we collect?

Enveco may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Reason for collection (if applicable e.g. assisted collection)
  • Details of enquiry or complaint

Who do we share your information with?

Enveco may share your information with Blackpool Council for the purpose of waste collection and enquiries and complaints only.

Enveco will not transfer your information to a third country (that is a country outside of the EEA)
