The league is played at Blackpool Sports Centre on a Monday 8.00pm - 10.00pm

Touch Rugby

Play touch rugby league (PTRL) is a great way to get fit and learn new skills, playing Rugby League without the crunch of a tackle.

  • Monday evening 6.00pm to 7.00pm on the athletics arena in Stanley Park

Ping! table tennis

Launched in 2017 the Ping! Blackpool programme aims to get more people in the local community more physically active. 

Tables are located across Blackpool in a host of locations including Blackpool Zoo, Blackpool Cricket Club, Stanley Park play area, Blackpool High Ropes, Bickerstaffe House, Blackpool Carers Centre and @theGrange.

Bat and Chat

Bat and Chat sessions are available at the following venues:

Blackpool Sports Centre on Tuesdays 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Moor Park Health & Leisure Centre on Fridays 10.00am to 11.00am

Palatine Leisure Centre on Wednesday 12.00 noon to 1.00pm

Sessions cost £3 (included on a Direct Debit membership)

Walking Netball

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level.

Sport Blackpool deliver weekly sessions at the following venues:

Palatine Leisure Centre - Thursdays 10.00am to 11.00am

Blackpool Sports Centre - Friday 12.30pm to 1.30pm

Adult cycle training

Would you like to have the skills and confidence to cycle safely on the roads, making for a more enjoyable ride?

Our “Learn to Ride” adult cycle training sessions have been designed to help by giving you practical on the road training experience.

The small group training sessions are delivered by Blackpool Council’s qualified and friendly cycle instructors.
