Covid-19 safety requirements
Both yourself and your child must hand sanitise on entry (available in reception and outside the gymnastics hall). Children must bring their own individual chalk and individual hand sanitiser to each session. These are available to purchase from reception.
Drop off
Please only have one adult per child during drop off and collection and drop your child directly into the session no earlier than 10 minutes before the session start time. Drop off is directly into the gymnastics hall, however, please note the collection point is different and is at the rear of the building (please follow signage).
Waiting area
You have the option to wait whilst your child is in their class and for under 8’s a parent/guardian must remain on site. If you are staying whilst your child is in the class you must check in at reception. Once you have dropped off your child, please follow the one way system and leave via the rear fire exit.
A dedicated waiting room has been set up in the Arena building behind the centre. You can purchase vending, hot and cold drinks from reception. A water fountain is available in the waiting area, however please bring your own water bottle.
Please do not move the seating as it has been spaced 2 meters apart. Please use blue roll and disinfectant spray provided to wipe your seat before and after use.
If your child requires the toilet, a member of staff will make contact with you in the waiting area.
Collection
On collection please wait outside the rear of the building two meters apart. The coach will call each parent in one by one to collect their child.
You will then exit through the normal gymnastics hall entrance and back through reception.
