The following apply to all Active Blackpool Memberships including, Health & Fitness, Swimming, Feel Good Factory, Learn to Swim, Learn to Climb and GP Referrals.

Why has a membership payment been taken from my account in January when the leisure centres are closed?

Unfortunately the announcement of the move into tier 4 came too late for us to cancel the January Direct Debit, but all accounts will be frozen and no further payments will be taken.

When we reopen the January payment will be used as a credit for the month of return with normal payments resuming after this.

What will happen with my membership during lockdown?

All membership will be frozen until the centres are permitted to re-open, no further payments will be taken during this time.

When will the centres reopen?

We will reopen all our services as soon as we are permitted to do so under tier rules.

Communications will be sent to members when this occurs and information will be updated on our website and social media.

Why haven’t I received any communication from you about the centres closures?

Information updates are being sent by email. If you have not received an email, it may be going to your junk folder or we may not have an email address on account for you. You can update your details here.

If you don’t check your emails regularly, you can stay informed by downloading the Active Blackpool App from your app store, as notifications are also being sent through this.
