Welcome to Blackpool Catering Services
Our talented chefs and cooks create two exciting menus per year and have adopted the 'Health by Stealth' approach.
We work in partnership with our schools to create bespoke menus when needed to tailor the tastes and needs of their students.
When developing new menus, our tea looks at current food trends to inspire the creation of new dishes.
We also meet with school councils to gain feedback from our young people and offer tastings of new dishes for their thoughts during the development process.
Bronze Food For Life
- All of our ingredients used in recipes are locally sourced from across Lancashire, keeping our carbon footprint low and looking after local businesses and suppliers
- Our commitment to using local produce has resulted in us being awarded Bronze Food For Life status from the Food For Life (Soil Association)

We're proud to make all our sauces from scratch, which has supported us achieve our pledge to improve the uptake of vegetables across our meals by 171% in just 12 months!
