The Stanley Park Conservation Area has been subject to an Article 4 Direction since 1984.
The original 1984 Article 4 Direction was replaced in March 2014. This newer version kept the restrictions of the 1984 version and simply updated the references to legislation. It was followed in September 2014 with a second Article 4 Direction that removed additional allowances that had been introduced since 1984.
The Article 4 Direction for the Stanley Park Conservation Area is therefore effectively made up of two parts: the Direction from March 2014 AND the Direction from September 2014.
