Important information - Benefit team
The Benefits department currently has a high volume of outstanding claims. In order to reduce this backlog and make payments quickly we will temporarily be unable to deal with your enquiries by telephone.
You can make a claim for Housing benefit and Council Tax Reduction, report a change in address or a change in circumstance on our website.
