We’re building new, high-quality social housing and also converting empty, run-down private accommodation into family homes to significantly increase the number of properties available for local residents.

New 4* hotels, better, greener public transport, more leisure facilities; and the relocation of 1000s of jobs into the town centre, increasing spend and supporting local businesses.

Developing and extending Blackpool’s tourism season with new attractions and updating existing ones. Attracting investment more visitors, additional spend and providing local jobs all year round.
