Blackpool Council’s property improvement fund
Due to demand, Blackpool Council’s property improvement scheme is currently closed for new applications.
We have offered grants to a number of town centre businesses to improve the front of their premises.
The scheme is funded by Blackpool Council and the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP), and aims to help make the town centre more attractive to shoppers, residents and investors, as well as being a part of a bigger programme of works to make Blackpool better.
