Premises description

Describe the type of premises (e.g. pub / café / restaurant), the part of the highway to which the application relates and the size of the area to be used
Purpose

Describe the purpose for which the furniture will be used - e.g for the service of food and/or drink or for customers to consume food or drink
Proposed furniture

Describe the type and style of the proposed furniture and barriers to be used. You will be asked to provide further details later.

5. Documents
You are required to submit: 1. a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum cover £1,000,000) 2. photos or manufacturer's brochures of the proposed furniture 3. a plan clearly showing the proposed area to be covered by the licence.
