Our pop-up vaccination clinics are travelling across town and are open to anyone 16+. Drop in to get a COVID-19 vaccine at a walk-in vaccination site - no appointment needed. Since June, over 20,000 people have been vaccinated at our walk-in vaccination service. Our aim is to deliver a mobile vaccination clinic that's simple and easy to use, direct to our local communities.

Please note, our teams working at pace to respond to the new variant and an updated booster vaccination programme roll-out.

There may be a wait at our vaccination sites and we thank you for your support and patience in advance. Please wrap up warm, wear a face covering and keep your distance whilst queueing when visiting our mobile clinics.

  • 1st and 2nd doses of the vaccine for anyone over 12 

  • Covid boosters are available at all of the below walk-in sites to those aged 16+ or in an eligible group, three months after the second dose

  • If you would prefer to book an appointment to get your Covid vaccination / booster dose you can book an appointment online or call 119

Updated guidance has been issued for young people under the age of 18. If an indivudal under this age has tested positive for COVID-19, they must wait 12 weeks before getting vaccinated.

Please note: Due to a supply issue, a limited number of AstraZeneca jabs will be available at most of our walk-in locations for second dose vaccinations. However, this is not guaranteed and will be available on a first come first served basis. 

12 to 15 vaccinations

12 to 15 year-olds can get a 1st or 2nd dose of their COVID-19 vaccine outside of school. Please note, a gap of 12 weeks must be in place for under 18's: 

  • after a positive COVID-19 test result, before any dose of vaccination

  • between first and second dose 

A parent/official carer must be in attendance. Parents and carers accompanying their child can also get vaccinated if eligible. The friendly team are on hand to answer any questions or talk through any concerns you may have. If you're undecided and would like some advice - feel free to pop in for a chat, no pressure!

Requirements

  • You do not need to book to attend a pop-up site - you can just drop in.
  • Please wear a face covering when attending
  • Keep a distance from others when queuing
  • Bring your NHS number if you have it, but it's not essential
  • Under 16's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
