Vaccine bus

No appointment needed! Pop-up vaccination clinics are once again back and travelling across Blackpool and the Fylde coast for those eligible.

Just call in to the vaccine bus to get a COVID-19 booster - no booking required. Opening times and locations are listed below. 

The aim is to deliver easy to access mobile vaccination clinics, direct to our local people in the community. If you have a friend, relative or neighbour without regular internet access, please share this information with them. 

Eligibility

COVID-19 vaccinations

You may be able to get a seasonal COVID-19 vaccine during spring 2024 if you’re at increased risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19. This may be due to a health condition or your age.

The groups currently being offered the COVID-19 booster vaccine are:

• Residents in care homes for older adults
• All adults aged 75 years and older
• Persons aged six months and over with a weakened immune system

Please note - The mobile vaccination service is currently open to those aged 12 and over. If your child is under 12 and immunosuppressed, please speak to your GP.

Walk in COVID-19 booster clinics are being held across Blackpool and the Fylde coast for those in eligible groups. If you are in an eligible group and would prefer to book an appointment, please wait to be contacted by the NHS or speak to your GP.

Please note - These clinics are only open to those aged 18 and over. If your child is immunosuppressed, please speak to your GP.
