Individual placement and support (IPS service) is a free and confidential employment service open to individuals aged 16+ providing employment support for people with severe mental health conditions within Lancashire and South Cumbria.
“My IPS specialist gave me motivation; he went the extra mile to support me. I am now looking forward to my job, working hard and my future.”
“The IPS and Angel have been no short of a life-changer. When I started with the service, I was at my lowest in terms of confidence and weighed under by the weight of shame and embarrassment that mental health illnesses may bring. With the support of Angel, I finally felt like a human, regardless of my issues even when times took a turn for the worst.
My life has changed completely over the last year and I know part of that is due to this service and Angel's own way of working. I will be forever grateful for the help I received and I hope the IPS service knows how very lucky they are to have someone like Angel representing their team.”
