 G 160,000 to 320,000 £3,439.40
 H 320,000 + £4,127.28
  • Each property is placed into a Valuation Band which is valued by the Valuation Office Agency
  • The values are based on the price a property could expect to have been sold for in 1991
  • Properties are placed in one of 8 valuation bands and, the higher the band, the more council tax is payable
