Blackpool Council provides a range of adult learning and education courses and drop-in sessions for people living in Blackpool, aged 19 and above (learners must be over 19 by 1 August 2020).

Following the latest government guidance, we are now returning to face-to-face learning. Online and flexible distance learning courses are also available.

Family learning offers a range of courses for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and children. Some courses focus on families learning together, while others are for parents/carers only, with the emphasis on supporting the family.
Courses take place in over 20 venues across Blackpool including schools and children's centres.
