If you are interested in a course, you can book online or telephone to secure your place. You will receive a confirmation text reminder prior to the course starting.

 

Responsibilities

All tutors are qualified and are DBS checked. Your tutor is responsible for you while you are on the course.

Your tutor will:

• Complete your induction
• Treat you with respect at all times
• Keep you informed of things which may affect your learning
• Let you know your progress during your course
• Listen to your feedback

 

Your tutor will introduce the course by telling you:

• What will happen on the course
• How to ask for additional help
• How you will be learning
• What you can do next

 

What we expect from you:

• Attend regularly
• Arrive on time
• Behave with courtesy and respect to other learners and staff
• Follow class rules as agreed in class
• Follow all health and safety rules including use of the internet - if you misuse the internet, we will ask you to leave
• Tell the tutor if you are going to be absent
• Inform us of any changes to your address or telephone number
• Complete all forms and questionnaires accurately
