Dreams Come True charity
Dreams Come True have a fantastic opportunity for children in Blackpool to have their dreams come true. They are currently delivering dreams to children and young people aged 5 to 18 living in Blackpool with disabilities and serious medical conditions. The dreams are flexible to suit the needs of each child. They work with the family to create a dream totally centred around the child, providing a unique and magical experience. Dreams can include equipment, experiences, UK holidays or bedroom makeovers.
Referrals must be made by a professional who knows the child well such as a support worker, teacher or health professional. Please use the online referral form.
