Wednesday 1 April 2026 2.00 to 4.30pm Are you a young person or parent/carer and want to know where you can get support for young people's emotional and mental health?The PMHW Drop In sessions can signpost you to the correct service to support with your current concern and get you the help you need.PMHW Drop In is a confidential space to discuss worries and concerns with a Mental Health Practitioner who is part of the CAMHS Team. A PMHW can link in with schools and services to work together. We will start by introducing ourselves and ask questions to help us find ways to support you or a young person’s mental health. Primary Mental Health Workers have a great knowledge of what services can help with young people's mental health in Blackpool. We will always try to help you understand what is mental health and why you may feel and behave in certain ways.We can link in with school/colleges if needed to help support you further. Sunday 5 April 2026 See website for details Sea Life Centre, Quiet at the Aquarium. On the first Sunday of every month SEA LIFE Blackpool will run a Quiet at the Aquarium session during the final hour of the day, to provide a quieter experience for those with autism and other sensory requirements. During these sessions our centre music will remain switched off and televisions will be turned to a minimal volume.

Sunday 5 April 2026 See website for details Gruffalo Club House. On the first Sunday of every month Gruffalo's Club House Blackpool will run a quiet session during the first session of the day, to provide a quieter experience for those with autism and other sensory requirements. During these sessions our centre music will remain switched off and televisions will be turned to a minimal volume. Normal prices. Sunday 26 April 2026 See website for details Autism friendly showings at The Vue. Vue host autism friendly screenings on the last Sunday of every month. These autism friendly film screenings are sensory friendly with the sound reduced, lighting dimmed and no adverts or trailers. It is okay for guests to move around and make noise in autism friendly cinema.Vue are delighted to be part of the national CEA card scheme, which is accepted at all of our UK venues.
