We understand that parents do not stop being parents when a young person turns 25 years-old and do not believe that this should happen for care leavers.
Therefore there will be no age limit on our service provision. From 25 onwards;
- You can still come to us for information, advice and guidance and we will still be available to offer you advice and guidance and signpost to appropriate services to support you
- There will be no more pathway plans (but we can help you plan your life)
- We won’t chase you but we will be here if you need us
- We would love to hear how you are getting on so please do call or write in with your news or just for a catch-up
