Motorcycle parking

Free motorcycle bays are available on most Blackpool Council owned car parks.

Please do not occupy a disabled person’s bay, these will be outlined in yellow. If you choose to park in a bay other than for motorcycles you will need to buy a pay and display ticket.

Do not leave this ticket on the motorcycle, take it with you, we will need to see it if you get issued with a penalty charge notice.

Parking in cycle bays

There are many locations around Blackpool offering secure locking points for bicycles.

Do not use these to park your motorcycle at. They are for bicycle use only.

Contact parking@blackpool.gov.uk and request a copy of the latest motorcycle parking locations list.

Motorcycles with sidecars

If your motorcycle has a sidecar combination you must use a normal pay and display bay, not a disabled bay, and purchase a ticket to cover the duration of your stay. Please keep the pay and display ticket with you. If you receive a penalty charge notice, please send us a photocopy of your valid pay and display ticket along with a copy of the penalty charge notice.
