Types of permits
You can apply for a restricted or unrestricted permit. Details of the car parks included on each permit type are detailed below.
The unrestricted option offers our premium rate car parks and the restricted option excludes the premium rate car parks.
There is the option to pay for annual permits by Direct Debit.
Payments are taken monthly, and your permit will be automatically renewed each year.
- Annual un-restricted cost £900, or £75 per month
- Annual restricted cost - Restricted permits are currently at capacity and we are unable to take new applications
There may be a small administration fee for this service which will be included in the monthly payments.
You can also pay for this permit by direct debit
Talbot Road multi-storey
Maximum permit capacity has been reached for this location.
Please be aware, for all permit types mentioned above, if your Direct Debit is returned from the bank on two consecutive occasions, the permit will be cancelled and the Direct Debit option will no longer be available.
Blackpool Football Club permit
Please display your EBF reference number on a note in your vehicle windscreen if you have not received notification of your “virtual” permit.
Supporters of Blackpool Football Club can purchase a parking permit which will allow you to park for:
- Cost £65
- Blackpool FC home, league, cup and reserve matches only
- 2 hours before advertised kick-off and up to 2 hours after the game has completed

Change of vehicle registration
Copy all the detail from your current permit onto a note to display in your vehicle. Add the message "returned for change of registration number", and include the date you applied.
Return your permit with a covering letter detailing the new registration number.
Also, send an email to parking.dispatch@blackpool.gov.uk advising of the change. A new permit will be posted to you.
Talbot Road multi-storey change of vehicle registration
Talbot reserved permit holders need to email parking@blackpool.gov.uk to advise of the change before attempting to gain access using the new vehicle.
