The 6 month contractor parking permit is designed to help businesses who are engaged in lengthy building renovation work.
This permit will allow parking in the nearest available legal parking bay. Such as:
- Residential parking areas
- Pay and display zones
- Limited waiting bays
Proof of property purchase
Acceptable proof of property purchase or a works contract containing the property or building address you are working at must be provided before your permit can be processed.
Acceptable proof of property purchase documents:
- Solicitor letter
- Completion statement
- Works contract
- A copy of your business liability insurance must also be provided
