Illegal occupation of land
Blackpool Council has secured in the High Court an injunction under Section 1 Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 201 and Section 187b of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The parcels of land protected by illegal encampments are:
- Lawsons Road Playing Fields
- Common Edge Playing Field
- Mereside Park/Sandhams Green, Clifton Road
- Layton Recreation Ground, Collingwood Avenue
- South Shore Car Park, Yeadon Way
- Land adjacent to Clifton Christian Centre, Langdale Road, Blackpool
