Locally listed article 4 direction order

This Article 4 Direction relates to the buildings listed on the council's approved local list of buildings of local importance in terms of heritage value. These buildings are commonly known as being Locally Listed.

The direction removes permitted development rights for demolition and the painting of exterior walls.

The Article 4 Direction was confirmed on 28 September 2022 and came into force on 24 February 2023.
