Before submitting your application, please ensure you have read Do I need planning permission? page first.
The quickest and easiest method of submitting a planning application is online through the Planning Portal. The portal enables you to identify the correct form and complete it online, automatically calculate the planning fee, make your payment and attach drawings. Please note, however, that the Planning Portal charges an administration fee for applications submitted through its website. Other online submission platforms are available.
Alternatively, you can access all planning application forms through the Planning Portal.
To submit your application you can either:
- complete the forms electronically and email them (and any other plans and supporting information) to planning@blackpool.gov.uk
- fill in the forms by hand, scan them (and any other plans and supporting information) in and email them to planning@blackpool.gov.uk, or
- fill in the forms by hand and post them (and any other plans and supporting information) to planning department, Blackpool Council, PO Box 17, Corporation Street, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1LZ.
Please do not submit photographs of forms, plans or supporting information.
